Signs That Indicate a Roof That Needs Repairing or Replacing

There are signs that you can see that is telling you that it is time to call a roofing contractor. The signs are important for every homeowner and when they are seen it is time to have the roof replaced or repaired so the roof doesn’t continue to decay when it will really cause the homeowners even more problems not to mention money.

A leak in the attic

After a strong wind-driven storm every homeowner should look in the attic for any signs of a roof that is leaking. This could be a good indication that there are damaged shingles, deteriorated flashing, or underlayment that is insufficient. Interior or exterior paint

If you notice peeling or blistering of interior or exterior paint, it is a sign that moisture trapped in the house caused by poor ventilation is causing exterior paint peeling or blistering.
